I never knew of convulsions until it happened to my own. It is so scary to watch your kid convulse especially with no idea of how to help him or her. If you are like me that time and for first time parents this article might be of some help to you. What is convulsion? It is a condition that occurs especially in kids between 6 months and 6 years. Their body shakes uncontrollably and rapidly. The episode can occur between 5-15 minutes or more. . Convulsions mostly occur in boys and can run through in a family (occurring in kids whose close relatives also had convulsions) .
