This why the world celebrates world Menstruation Day on 28 th May, which was yesterday  #MHD2020. According to Rebublicanworld.com World Menstrual Hygiene Day was initiated to be on 28 th May, because most cycles take 28 days and last for 5days. Aim of this day is to promote menstrual hygiene in the world. What   is menstruation? Menstruation means   the vaginal bleeding that occurs in human and some animals as a result of the uterus wall shedding off. In women menstruation occurs in different cycles some have regular cycles of 21/ 28 days or more others are irregular. Menstruation/periods comes with various challenges in girls and women. Is social -stigmatization the way to Covid-19 ?   I am sure you agree with me it’s not the way to go. But why is it happening in our society? Just the day we saw how a lady in Nakuru was harshly treated by her neighbors after finishing her self-isolation . No one wanted to be associated with her. To make matters worse they killed all her snails she had kept for business. Other incidents have occurred too for instance where Asian-Americans and Chinese were thought to spread the disease. As people get locked in their homes for fear of corona, those thought to spread it stayed indoors too. They feared been attacked by people due to stigmatization. What is social -stigmatization? According to WHO social-stigma is negative association between a person or group of people who share certain characteristics and a specific disease. Millennial parents are faced by a myriad of challenges, ranging from taking care of kids, finances, balancing job and family and so forth. The challenges get more intense depending on one’s lifestyle and character on solving them. One can easily handle the challenges if he/she seeks information from right sources like parents, family counselors, pediatrics, internet research. Some of these challenges include;        1.How to take care of the young one When one becomes a parent you automatically get added responsibilities. This in itself is overwhelming especially when it gets practical. Babies are very delicate and seeks high level of attention. I remember my experience was terrible, always learning in the hardest way. I almost got a heart attack when I once found my baby not able to breath, trying to gulp some air through the mouth. Thanks God I had someone to help and realized was just some nasal blockage that needed saline drops. From my experience I learnt to always
